Youth Director
Stephen and Sophie Orluck recently joined our team as passionate and energetic Youth Directors! Professionally, they are homesteaders and content creators, sharing life’s simple joys through their local business Honeysalt, a charming bakery and farm goods shop that blends faith, food, and community.
Deeply rooted in their love for Jesus, Stephen and Sophie are growing in ministry and feel a clear calling to invest in the next generation. When asked why they serve, their answer is simple:
“This is our calling from God! The youth are our future!”
The Orlucks live in a beautiful historic cottage with their flock of chickens—adding warmth, character, and a touch of old-fashioned charm to their everyday life.
Their favorite Bible verses reflect their heart for both ministry and homesteading life:
Matthew 5:13 – “You are the salt of the earth.”
Matthew 6:11 – “Give us this day our daily bread.”
Proverbs 16:24 – “Gracious words are a honeycomb, sweet to the soul and healing to the bones.”
Together, they bring creativity, authenticity, and spiritual passion to everything they do—pouring into youth with the same care and intention they put into every loaf of bread and every moment of fellowship..

Seniors Ministry Director
Beth currently ministers to The Villages of Lonsdale, where she has faithfully served for the past eight years. Her heart for this community is shaped by 2 Peter 3:9: “The Lord is not slow in keeping His promise… not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.” This Scripture fuels her calling to bring the gospel to unsaved seniors and to share Christ’s love with every resident she meets. Before serving at The Villages, Beth built a diverse background in education, accounting, and ministry. Her ministry experience spans decades: 2 years in youth ministry, 25 years serving children and children’s church, 10 years in women’s ministry, and 3 years as a Girls’ Club teacher. Beth’s favorite verse, Philippians 4:13 — “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” — continues to encourage and empower her daily. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening and growing beautiful flowers, finding joy in nurturing life both in the soil and in the lives of others.
